Our sneakers are made in a medium width (wide width sizes have “W” next to the size swatch) that features both arch & metatarsal support. All of our sneakers offer the same support since they all have the same construction & feature the same sneaker footbed. Moreover, the differences between our sneakers can stem from pricing (sale or final sale pricing), the aesthetics of their appearance, and even the materials used, whether it be hemp, leather, or canvas upper materials.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% APR interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.


Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.

 
Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.


What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.


How Do I Use Shop Pay?
Simply, add your item(s) to your shopping cart and look for the Shop Pay button as shown in this example below:

When Do I Make Payments?
All Shop Pay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are then charged automatically to your selected payment method every 2 weeks in equal installments. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into Shop Pay to make your payments early. ShopPay will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

We sell replacement Sneaker Footbeds for our Sneakers and Faux Fur Footbeds for select Wool styles.

Please note that all footbeds are non-refundable and footbed sales are final.

We have a strict policy to never make claims regarding the medical or therapeutic efficacy of our footwear. We suggest consulting with a medical professional about appropriate footwear. What we can tell you is that we have received a great amount of feedback from our customers who are in a similar situations as you are.
